We understand the importance of the decisions that are made at a local level. Our role is to support our clients through the process to get the best possible outcome.

About Us
Based in Milton Keynes, we work across the UK for land owners and house builders. Founded by Alice Jenkins, our team are Consultation Institute accredited and have hands-on experience of political institutions at both local and national level.
Alice has over 8 years experience in local politics, serving on a local authority in numerous roles. Having previously worked in parliament, she has worked for some of the largest land owners and many of the top 5 house builders in the country.
No matter how big or small a scheme you have, we are on hand with advice, providing a unique understanding of how communities and local planning authorities work.
